Job Description

Local employer seeking a skilled and experienced Electromechanical Technician to maintain and optimize production equipment. The successful candidate is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining food processing machinery, electrical systems, and mechanical components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical (120V to 480V), pneumatic, and hydraulic issues in production equipment.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.
• Troubleshoot PLCs and other automation systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Assist with equipment installation, upgrades, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with the production and quality teams to maintain efficiency.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in electromechanical maintenance
• Proficiency in industrial electrical components (120V to 480V) mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of PLC troubleshooting and automation systems.
