Job Summary:
The Electro-Mechanical Maintenance tech is responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining production and facility equipment in alignment with safety, predictive, and productive maintenance systems to support our business goals. This role also includes providing coverage for the maintenance manager as needed to ensure operational continuity.

Education & Experience:
Must have a high school diploma or GED
Strong electrical background with 24v and 208/480v systems preferred
Previous experience in HVAC and general maintenance is preferred
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
While performing this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing for a minimum of 8 hours each day.
Regularly lift and/or move items weighing up to 40lbs; occasionally handle heavier weights with mechanical assistance.
Must be able to work from heights equal to or greater than the interior ceiling and external roof areas.
The job is performed in a manufacturing facility with changing environmental conditions affected by outdoor climate variations.
Moderate exposure to both heat and cold conditions.
Exposure to moderate noise levels, moving equipment, and typical manufacturing hazards.
Frequent exposure to sharp objects.

Qualifications:
Must have a high school diploma or GED
Strong electrical background
Ability to troubleshoot both 24vdc systems and 208/480v systems
Previous experience in HVAC and general maintenance is preferred
Ability to read, as well as, follow oral and written instructions
Ability to apply common sense understanding to both simple and complex maintenance requirements
Must be able to document stable work history with good work habits
Physical Demands:
