Location: Mason, MI

Shift Options:

Current Openings: First Shift | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM & Second Shift | 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Future Schedule: Transitioning to a 12-hour rotating 2-2-3 schedule within approximately six months, with First Shift and Third Shift options available

Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire

What You'll Do

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment to maximize uptimeRespond quickly to equipment issues and perform corrective maintenance to minimize downtimeComplete scheduled preventative maintenance activities and identify opportunities for improvementTroubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical systemsUtilize CMMS software to document maintenance activities, repairs, and work ordersSupport equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projectsCollaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to improve equipment performanceFollow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or GED required; technical training, certification, or related coursework preferred2+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environmentStrong mechanical troubleshooting and repair abilitiesExperience working with industrial machinery and production equipmentAbility to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and maintenance manualsComfortable using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipmentStrong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to maintenance
