Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Pay: $28.00 – $30.00 per hour (DOE)  
Schedule:  Flexible start times + 9/80 schedule (every other Friday off)
Type: Full-time

Requirements

  

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Assemble, integrate, and wire complex electro-mechanical systems
  • Interpret advanced engineering drawings, schematics, and build documentation
  • Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and functional testing
  • Support system bring-up and verification activities
  • Identify root causes and recommend build or process improvements
  • Work across mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic assemblies
  • Collaborate closely with engineering to resolve technical challenges
  • Maintain high workmanship standards and organized workspaces
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and quality initiatives
  • Serve as a technical resource to team members when needed

What Sets You Apart

  • 5+ years of electro-mechanical assembly or complex equipment build experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Ability to read and interpret complex technical documentation
  • Experience with mechanical systems, electrical wiring, and pneumatics
  • High attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
  • Ability to work independently with strong ownership mindset
  • Reliable, safety-focused, and quality-driven

Bonus Experience (Highly Valued):

  • Experience with vacuum systems or leak detection equipment
  • Background in aerospace, automation, or high-tech manufacturing
  • Experience supporting testing or system integration
  • Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience
  • Mentoring or technical leadership experience
