Responsibilities

• Assemble and test electro-mechanical components and systems according to specifications and quality standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate assembly.
• Perform troubleshooting and repairs on malfunctioning equipment to maintain operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve assembly processes and product designs.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
• Document assembly processes and maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and assembly efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in electro-mechanical assembly or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, including wiring, soldering, and assembly techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including schematics and assembly instructions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with hand tools and electronic testing equipment.
