Talent Clout is hiring Electro-Mechanical Assemblers for our client, a global energy technology company growing its Data Center Infrastructure Solutions business. You'll build modular data center systems in a clean, controlled indoor factory, working on advanced equipment that ships to customers around the world.

What You'll Do

• Assemble electrical and mechanical components using the correct tools and fixtures
• Test finished assemblies, then troubleshoot and fix issues
• Read blueprints and drawings to identify parts and build to spec
• Measure parts and assemblies to meet required tolerances
• Use hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment safely
• Record labor time accurately for each job
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all safety procedures and risk assessments
• Help improve processes as part of a continuous improvement culture

What You Need

• High school diploma or GED
• Mechanical skills and comfort with hand and power tools
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and write legibly
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship

Preferred

• Experience in assembly, manufacturing, production, or fabrication
• Electrical wiring experience (panels, wire harnesses, controls, switchgear)
• Background in HVAC, power equipment, generators, skids, or modular construction
