Responsibilities

• Assemble electro-mechanical components and systems according to specifications and engineering drawings.
• Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure all products meet company standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve assembly processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
• Document assembly processes and maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as an electro-mechanical assembler or similar role.
• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
