The** Electro-Mechanical Technician **is responsible for the maintenance of a variety of complex electro-mechanical equipment and systems, including fabrication equipment, automation, robotics, and control systems. The Electro-Mechanical Technician is also a key contributor in the implementation of new equipment, processes, and technology.

Required Credentials
Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in maintenance, with a focus on fabrication and automated equipment.
Experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of PLC, controls, robotics, automation, and complex electromechanical systems.
Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing fabrication equipment, including lasers, press brakes, and CNC punch presses.
Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices and reliability-centered maintenance.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
