As an Electrician, you’ll work directly with plant machinery, electrical systems, and automation to keep operations running efficiently and safely. This position offers the opportunity to troubleshoot complex systems, contribute to continuous improvement efforts, and grow your technical expertise in an industrial environment.
Schedule: 2-2-3 schedule working 5:45pm-6 am
What You’ll Do:
Perform electrical repairs, upgrades, and maintenance on plant equipment and machinery
Troubleshoot PLC systems, AC drives, and control wiring to ensure optimal performance
Interpret electrical drawings and ladder logic to diagnose and resolve issues
Support parts ordering and collaborate with team members to improve processes and reliability
Required:
High School Diploma or GED
3+ years of relevant electrical experience
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and ladder logic
Preferred:
Associate’s degree, apprenticeship program, or Journeyman license
Experience with Allen-Bradley PLC programming and hardware
Hands-on experience with equipment troubleshooting in an industrial setting
