We are searching for Electrician Technicians who can take us to the next level. SUMMARY

Installs and repairs electrical systems, apparatus, and electrical and electronic components of industrial machinery and equipment by performing the following duties.

Requirements

· Must have at least 1 year electrical experience in an industrial environment.

· You must have 1 year of continuous employment at your most recent employer

· Must have good verbal and written communication skills.

· Must have good oral communication skills to discuss issues with the Power Systems Manager.

· Must be able to understand information contained in Electrical manuals and blue prints.

· Completion of electrician apprenticeship is a plus.

You will be responsible for installing and repairing complex electrical controls, wiring, and lighting systems. To perform this role, you must have an electricians degree from a technical college and at least 1 year experience in an industrial environment working on simple and complex electrical systems.

Responsibilities

· Install maintain, and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems.

· Read technical diagrams and blueprints.

· Perform general electrical maintenance.

· Inspect transformers and circuit breakers and other electrical components.

· Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices.

· Repair and replace equipment, electrical wiring, or fixtures.

· Follow National Electrical Code, state and local building regulations.

· Circuit breaker corrective maintenance.

· Good knowledge of various test equipment.

· Have worked with 480 volts and 3 phase motors.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Must have a valid state driver’s license, or the ability to obtain one. Maintain an updated forklift drivers license (renewable every two years).

SHIFT SCHEDULE

2nd Shift Sunday to Wednesday 8:00 pm to 8:00 am

2nd Shift Thursday to Sunday 8:00 pm to 8:00 am

Shifts are subject to periodic rotation EVERY 8 WEEKS

The rehire waiting period is 180 days.
