Job Title: Facilities Electrician — Industrial Maintenance

Location: [Liberty, MO] | Shift: [5:15 AM - 1:30 PM] | Pay: [$33.22/hr]

About the Role

We're looking for a licensed Journeyperson Electrician to keep our plant's electrical systems, equipment, and facilities running safely and efficiently. You'll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain everything from motor controls to fire alarm systems — with real ownership over how the work gets done.

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical distribution systems, motors, controls, fire alarms, and clock systems
• Handle routine repairs — lighting, ballasts, fixtures — and install new electrical equipment/systems
• Estimate cost, time, and materials for electrical projects
• Source and manage parts, supplies, and inventory
• Oversee outside contractors for NEC code compliance
• Respond to emergency and routine service calls
• Mentor and direct other maintenance staff as needed

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED
• Completed electrical apprenticeship (union, in-house, military, or trade school) — Journeyperson status required
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems up to 12K volts
• Comfortable reading blueprints and working with hand/power tools
• HVAC certification a plus
• Boom/scissor lift license (or ability to obtain)
• Valid driver's license
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs, work at heights, and in confined spaces
• Flexible on shifts/weekend OT as production requires
