Pay Range: $25 - $35 per hour
We are seeking a highly experienced Electrician specializing in Electrical and Low Voltage systems to support service calls, installations, and electrical projects across industrial, commercial, hospital, and residential environments.
This role requires a hands-on professional with strong troubleshooting skills, deep knowledge of electrical systems, and the ability to supervise and mentor apprentices while ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality workmanship, customer service, and maintaining compliance with electrical codes and safety standards.
Perform electrical service calls and troubleshooting, keeping customers informed of arrival, job status, and completion
Install, maintain, and repair electrical and low voltage systems
Run conduit including PVC, EMT, and Rigid conduit
Install and wire electrical panels, switchgear, disconnects, transformers, and generators
Perform high voltage and low voltage power installations
Install light fixtures, lighting controls, switches, motion sensors, and outlets
Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
Provide field information to assist with bids, estimates, and project planning
Manage assigned projects and ensure completion according to schedule and standards
Supervise, train, and mentor apprentices and helpers
Order and pick up materials for service jobs and projects as needed
Maintain assigned service vehicle, tools, and inventory
Communicate with office staff regarding invoicing, project updates, and estimates
Ensure work is completed in compliance with all applicable electrical codes, safety standards, and permit requirements
Maintain a professional image when interacting with customers and project stakeholders
Perform additional duties as assigned by management
10-15 years of hands-on experience in the electrical trade
Experience working in industrial, commercial, hospital, and residential (apartment) environments
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for electrical and low voltage systems
Ability to run conduit (PVC, EMT, and Rigid)
Experience wiring panels, switchgear, disconnects, transformers, and generators
Ability to install and troubleshoot lighting systems, switches, motion sensors, and outlets
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Basic proficiency with computer software such as Microsoft Word and Excel
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification required
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (MVR check required)
Must pass criminal background check
Must pass pre-employment drug screening
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and mentor junior electricians
