PDS is looking for an experienced Electrician to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in an industrial setting. This role supports production operations and ensures equipment runs safely and efficiently.

Electrician – 1st Shift

Location: Lincoln, NH Pay: $31.29- $32.00 (Based on exp)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 after 90 days (based on performance and attendance)

Responsibilities

• Install and repair electrical systems, wiring, and conduit for industrial equipment

• Connect power supply wiring to machines, conveyors, robots, and controllers

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues in motors, transformers, and equipment

• Replace and repair components such as relays, switches, motors, and wiring

• Program and test programmable controllers (PLCs)

• Inspect electrical systems for compliance with codes and specifications

• Assist in maintenance of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

• Work with maintenance teams to resolve equipment malfunctions

Requirements

• Valid Master Electrician License required

• 4–10 years of industrial or manufacturing experience preferred

• Technical school training or equivalent experience

• Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and technical documents

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Basic math, computer, and report-writing skills

• Ability to speak and understand English

Skills and Qualifications

• Knowledge of PLC systems and automated equipment

• Understanding of electrical codes and safety standards

• Ability to follow technical instructions and procedures

• Strong attention to detail

Physical and Work Environment

• Lift up to 25–30 pounds regularly

• Stand, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the shift

• Perform repetitive tasks requiring manual dexterity

• Work in environments with noise, dust, grease, and oils

• Must have good near and distance vision and adequate hearing

Pay Details:$31.29 to $32.00 per hour
