Job Overview- Position: Commercial & Residential Electrician

• Experience Level: Journeyman or Experienced Apprentice
• Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent, Temp to Permanent
• Core Focus: Running wire, troubleshooting, and performing high-quality installations in both homes and commercial job sites.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Commercial Projects- Conduit Work: Measure, bend, and run EMT, PVC, and rigid conduit.

• System Installation: Set up commercial switchgear, panels, transformers, and 3-phase systems.
• Blueprint Reading: Interpret commercial electrical blueprints, schematics, and layouts.

Residential Projects- Rough-Ins & Trim-Outs: Wire new homes, additions, and multi-family residential units.

• Service Upgrades: Upgrade residential electrical panels, meters, and grounding systems.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair faulty circuits, outlets, switches, and lighting fixtures for homeowners.

⭐ Qualifications & Skills- Experience: equivalent field experience in both sectors.

• Tooling: Must have your own basic electrical hand tools and reliable transportation.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety standards.
• Soft Skills: Professional attitude when interacting with residential homeowners and commercial site managers.
