Job Description

We are seeking an experienced **Electrician **with strong troubleshooting skills for our manufacturing client located near Germantown, WI.

**Pay **- $40-$41/hr

**Shift **- Days

Responsibilities:

• Lead troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of industrial electrical systems.

• Train and mentor entry-level and journeyman electricians.

• Troubleshoot and maintain Allen-Bradley PLC systems.

• Support PLC programming and industrial controls projects.

• Develop preventive maintenance plans to improve equipment reliability.

• Identify ways to reduce equipment downtime and improve performance.

• Ensure electrical work meets safety standards and compliance requirements.

• Work with operations and maintenance teams to resolve equipment issues.

• Promote safe electrical work practices throughout the facility.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of industrial electrical experience.

• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems.

• Experience troubleshooting and programming PLCs, particularly Allen-Bradley.

• Ability to mentor electricians and provide technical guidance.

• Strong understanding of electrical safety and compliance requirements.
