Job Description

One of our manufacturing clients is seeking a skilled Electrician for Ann Arbor, MI location to support maintenance operations within their facility.

**Pay rate: **$32/hr - $38/hr

**Shift: **2nd shift

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems and production equipment

• Troubleshoot electrical, PLC, motor controls, sensors, and automation-related issues

• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals

• Install, repair, and maintain wiring, control panels, and electrical components

• Support equipment upgrades, machine installations, and process improvements

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company maintenance procedures

• Work closely with maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime

Qualifications:

• Maintenance technical training, Electrical Technician diploma, or equivalent trade required along with maintenance training.

• 3-5 years of experience as an Electrician in a manufacturing environment

• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems and troubleshooting

• Experience with PLCs, motor controls, and automated equipment is an asset

• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
