Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Wire control panels and switchboards

• Install electrical wiring and related components

• Perform point-to-point wiring, crimping, cutting, and wire labeling

• Assemble components of electrical distribution equipment according to drawings

• Properly utilize common shop tools and measuring devices (accurate to 1/32”)

• Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety requirements

• Perform general housekeeping and other assigned duties as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Ability to perform assembly operations with minimal training

• Self-motivated, with strong teamwork skills

• Proficient with hand tools and power tools

• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide using whole numbers and fractions)

• Commitment to safety and housekeeping

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings

• Basic computer literacy

• Prior wiring, assembly, or fabrication experience

• Willingness to travel if required (less than 5%)
