Electrical Wire Assembler

**Pay: ** $18.50/hr

Shift: Monday–Thursday (6am - 4:30PM); occasional overtime on Fridays.

Description:

• Integrates electrical components, subassemblies, products, or systems into various configurations by performing the following duties in reasonable & productive time frames:

Qualifications:

• Must be able to read electrical schematics

• Experience using wire strippers, cutters and crimpers

• Able to strip, cut and crimp ferrules onto wire

• Must be able to read a tape measure to 1/8th inch.

• Mathematical Skills: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED

Job Duties:

• Mounts and assembles electrical components such as transformers, contactors, relays, controllers, etc.
• Assembles and attaches hardware, such as caps, clamps, knobs, and switches.
• Ability to speak effectively with employees of organization.
• Other duties as assigned.
