If you are an Electrical Engineer grad looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you! Based in our Shakopee, MN location, as an Electrical Test Engineer you will work directly within the R&D department and play a significant role in the development of our next generation of sensor products as well as improving existing products.
This is a unique role in engineering that requires working cross-functionally with all aspects of product development and manufacturing. You will be trained to become an architect for new test capabilities and automation in our design laboratories as well as our manufacturing sites. You will develop valuable career skills in resource planning, coordination, and leadership. You will participate in planning for the future of Emerson’s test automation for manufacturing test and design assurance.

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The starting salary for this role is $76,000-$80,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities and experience each candidate brings to a role.
