Electrical Technician / Field ServiceRavenna, Ohio 44266Pay Rate: $20.00 - $30.00 + OT and travel payFull-Time, PermanentJob ID #26-00523¨NBSP; About This OpportunityIntegrity Technical Services, Inc. is seeking a skilled Electrical Technician / Field Service Technician to join a firm in Ravenna, Ohio.This position offers steady, hands-on industrial electrical work divided between shop assembly and customer sites. It serves as an excellent career launchpad to expand your field experience while building a direct foundation for long-term growth and leadership within a fast-growing electrical team. We will also consider entry level candidates. Responsibilities

• Assemble and wire industrial control panels directly from schematics, engineering blueprints, and wiring diagrams.

• Install control panels into heavy industrial machinery, connecting critical sensors, motors, safety interlocks, and emergency stops.

• Perform precise conduit installation, wire pulling, and secure electrical terminations.

•  Diagnose, test, and troubleshoot electrical systems in the shop and on-site at customer facilities.

• Adhere to strict industrial safety standards and ensure high-quality workmanship across all field and shop environments.

  Requirements

• Experience in industrial electrical work, panel wiring, or industrial maintenance

• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and point-to-point wiring diagrams

• Experience with machine safety hardware (E-stops, safety relays, light curtains, interlocks)

• Proficiency with standard electrical hand tools, measuring instruments, and test equipment (multimeters, megohmmeters, etc.)

• Strong safety mindset suited for heavy industrial environments.

• Valid drivers license

• Travel up to 50% Monday through Thursday every other week
