Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on hydraulic fracturing equipment.
Troubleshoot switchgear, breakers, transformers, motors, drives and power distribution systems.
Maintain PLCs, protective relays, control systems and networks.
Install, test and repair electrical and electronic components.
Drive to field locations for emergency repairs.
Train and mentor technicians.
Maintain safety, QHSE compliance, records and documentation.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Medium-voltage and low-voltage electrical systems
Electrical testing equipment and diagnostics
Instrumentation and controls
Electrical schematics, blueprints and P&IDs
Networking and radio communications
Microsoft Office
NFPA 70E and IEEE 1584
Leadership and communication skills
Minimum Qualifications
Preferred: Associate Degree in related field
Required: 4-7 years of relevant experience
Required: Valid Driver License
Preferred: Journeyman Electrician designation
