  • Plan the wiring and installation of equipment and fixtures such as switches, circuit breakers, and panel boards.
  • Read and explain blueprints, specifications, and job orders to the crew, and assign daily tasks.
  • Set up and run conduit cutting, threading, and bending equipment.
  • Test circuits for continuity, compatibility, and safety using a volt/ohmmeter and other test instruments.
  • Install wiring and fixtures to company standards and the National Electrical Code.
  • Adjust work procedures to meet production schedules, and solve problems on the floor as they come up.
  • Train crew members on installation standards for quality and consistency.
  • Partner with supervisors to finish projects within time and material targets.
  • Recommend improvements to production methods, equipment use, and product quality.
  • Build a positive, motivated team that takes pride in its work.

What You’ll Bring

  • An active State of Wisconsin Journeyman or Master Electrician license (required).
  • 5+ years of electrical installation experience in manufacturing, construction, or a related trade.
  • A working knowledge of the National Electrical Code.
  • Experience leading, training, or mentoring electricians or apprentices.
  • The ability to read blueprints and electrical drawings.
  • Strong communication skills and a willingness to hold the crew accountable for quality and safety.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.

Schedule

6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday, with up to 10 hours on Fridays.

Why You’ll Want to Join

  • A steady day shift that gets you home every night.
  • The same location every day, with no jobsite chasing, union dues, or parking fees.
  • Holiday pay from day one.
  • A clear path to Electrical Supervisor.
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus a 401(k) and an employee stock purchase plan, both with a company match.
  • Tuition reimbursement, paid time off, and a well-being program.
