** has partnered with an industrial construction company to hire an experienced Electrical Superintendent. This position is responsible for leading electrical crews, managing daily job site operations, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to customer expectations.

**Pay & Benefits:

• $33.00 - $38.00 / Hour (Based on experience)

**Shift for the position:

• First Shift / Overtime as Required

**Job requirements for the position may include:

**

• Supervise electrical crews and oversee daily job site operations.

• Promote and enforce all safety policies, conduct safety meetings, and perform job site inspections.

• Plan manpower, equipment, and materials to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

• Coordinate work with project managers, other superintendents, and field personnel.

• Ensure electrical work complies with approved plans, specifications, and NEC requirements.

• Maintain project documentation, including timesheets, change orders, safety reports, and progress updates.

• Assist with material ordering, scheduling, and project forecasting.

**Qualifications for the position:

**

• Previous experience as an Electrical Superintendent or Foreman required.

• Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).

• Experience with project planning, material ordering, and crew supervision.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

• Must be able to perform field work, lift up to 50 lbs., and work on active construction sites.

• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
