Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Electrical/Controls Sales Project Manager tojoin our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and driving sales projectsrelated to electrical/controls. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background inelectrical/controls, project management, and sales to successfully oversee the entire project life

cycle. This position will have a base pay plus commission.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management:

- Lead and manage electrical/controls sales projects from initiation to completion.

- Develop detailed project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resourcerequirements.

- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teamsinvolved in the project.

2. Sales Strategy:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets forelectrical/controls projects.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the electrical/controls sector.

- Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling proposals and presentationsfor clients.

3. Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

- Understand client needs and requirements, providing tailored solutions andensuring customer satisfaction.

- Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project life cycle.

4. Technical Expertise:

- Possess a deep understanding of electrical/controls systems and technology.

- Provide technical guidance and support to both internal teams and clients.

- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to ensure a competitiveadvantage.

5. Budgeting and Cost Control:

- Develop project budgets and ensure adherence to financial constraints.

- Monitor project costs and implement cost-saving measures where possible.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in project management and sales within the electrical/controls industry.

- Strong technical knowledge of electrical/controls systems and components.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.

- Familiarity with budgeting and financial management.
