ELECTRICAL CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER

Responsibilities:

• General Contract and Subcontract administration
• Scheduling, logistics and procurement of equipment and materials
• Shop drawing and submittal review and coordination
• Project cost review, reporting, updating and accounting
• Review of subcontractor and vendor applications for payment
• Participation in and documentation of project coordination meetings
• Supervision and coordination of subcontractors’ field installations
• Review and negotiate change proposal pricing with subs, vendors and subcontractors
• Research and suggest options on construction means, methods and timelines
• Problem solving and conflict resolution
• Quality control & Project closeout

Requirements:

• 3+ years of electrical experience in commercial construction project management
• Accubid and Accubid change order experience preferred
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office; Bluebeam & Navis experience are a plus
• Must possess a valid unrestricted Driver's License and a reliable vehicle

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
