🔧 What You'll Do:

Assemble, wire, and test electrical control panels.
Work from electrical schematics and diagrams.
Ensure panels meet design specifications and safety standards.
Use hand and power tools for precise and efficient building.
Engage in continuous improvement activities.

✔ Core Responsibilities:

Precisely assemble electrical components.
Operate complex tools and fixtures.
Maintain meticulous records of work hours and activities.
Drive daily improvement initiatives.

🛠 Your Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent.
3+ years in electrical panel assembly.
Proficient in reading electrical schematics.
Familiar with NEC and UL standards.
