🔧 What You'll Do:

• Assemble, wire, and test electrical control panels.
• Work from electrical schematics and diagrams.
• Ensure panels meet design specifications and safety standards.
• Use hand and power tools for precise and efficient building.
• Engage in continuous improvement activities.

✔ Core Responsibilities:

• Precisely assemble electrical components.
• Operate complex tools and fixtures.
• Maintain meticulous records of work hours and activities.
• Drive daily improvement initiatives.

🛠 Your Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years in electrical panel assembly.
• Proficient in reading electrical schematics.
• Familiar with NEC and UL standards.
