Are you an experienced Electrical Panel Builder, Electrical Technician, Maintenance Technician, or Electrical Apprentice looking to join a world leader in industrial automation and robotics?

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Electrical Panel Builders / Electrical Assembly Technicians. This role is responsible for assembling, wiring, testing, and inspecting electrical control panels and automation equipment for industry-leading robotic and automation systems.

What You'll Do

✅ Assemble electrical control panels and related equipment per engineering drawings and specifications

✅ Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical documentation

✅ Wire equipment using proper voltage levels and industry-standard color codes

✅ Perform enclosure layouts, cutouts, and panel preparation based on build requirements

✅ Verify electrical and mechanical components against Bills of Material (BOM)

✅ Conduct quality inspections to ensure FANUC standards for workmanship, continuity, and safety

✅ Use electrical hand tools including wire strippers, crimpers, soldering irons, screwdrivers, and wrenches

✅ Complete work orders and ERP transactions

✅ Follow all safety procedures including Lockout/Tagout, PPE requirements, hazardous material handling, and electrical safety standards

✅ Maintain productivity goals while working independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

✔ High School Diploma or GED

✔ 1-5 years of manufacturing electrical assembly, panel building, or electrical testing experience

✔ Ability to read and understand electrical schematics, blueprints, and engineering drawings

✔ Experience with electrical and mechanical assemblies

✔ Proficient with electrical hand tools and measurement devices

✔ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

✔ Experience working in manufacturing environments

✔ Electrical Repair Technicians, Maintenance Technicians, Automotive Technicians, Panel Builders, Electricians, and Electrical Apprentices are encouraged to apply

Preferred Qualifications

➕ ISO 9001 experience

➕ Experience with ERP systems

➕ Knowledge of MIOSHA regulations, Lockout/Tagout, and manufacturing safety procedures
