Pay: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour (DOE) + overtime opportunities
Schedule: Flexible start times + 9/80 schedule — every other Friday off

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Assemble and wire electrical control panels for engineered-to-order systems
• Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and build instructions
• Lay out components for efficient wiring and long-term serviceability
• Mount industrial components including breakers, relays, terminals, transformers, contactors, and I/O
• Route, label, crimp, solder, and terminate wiring
• Make practical wiring decisions based on experience and best practices
• Support testing and ensure high workmanship standards
• Maintain organized workspaces and follow quality processes
• Work closely with a collaborative team to solve build challenges

Requirements

• 2–3+ years building panels, wiring controls, or electrical assemblies
• Strong schematic reading ability
• Pride in clean layouts and quality work
• Reliable and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working independently
• Problem-solver mindset

Highly Valued Experience:

• Industrial equipment or custom manufacturing
• Controls wiring or instrumentation
• Lean or continuous improvement environments
