Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Mechanical Assembler to join our dynamic team in El Segundo, CA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the assembly and integration of electrical and mechanical components, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance. Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical and mechanical components according to specifications and blueprints.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure all assemblies meet company standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve assembly processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
• Document assembly processes and maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Assist in training new team members on assembly techniques and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in electronics or mechanical assembly is a plus.
• Proven experience in electrical and mechanical assembly or a related field.
• Strong understanding of electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
