Essential Functions
- Operate equipment including backhoe, skidloader, manlift, hoist, and forklift regularly.
- Perform unscheduled repairs of electric equipment during production autonomously.
- Perform tasks including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair throughout the facility.
- Wire 110v and 220v single phase, 3-phase, 230v with wild leg and 480v 3-phase.
- Troubleshoot control circuits, starter circuits, plug-ins, and lights of all kinds.
- Identify when a 3-phase motor is single phasing.
- Knowledgeable in working with electrical circuits, including 110v – 480v, single phase – 3 phase.
- Read electrical meter for ohms, amperes and volts.
- Comply with OSHA Safety and Health regulations, LOTO, Confined Space, Fall Protection, Hazard Communications, etc.
- Takes initiative to stay productive after completing an assigned task (e.g. cleaning, preparing materials, helping coworkers, etc.)
- Complete other tasks as assigned.
- Understand, follow, and transmit written and oral instructions.
- Maintains a clean work area.
- Contributes to company morale and goals through a positive attitude and commitment to quality.
- Work both independently and as a team player to complete tasks according to deadlines.

Requirements
- Must have extensive experience working with PLC’s.
- Electrician’s license is not necessary, but preferred.
- OSHA 10-hour certified.
- Meets the following physical requirements: Able to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds. Able to bend at the waist or work in a kneeling position occasionally. Able to work inside or outside, in environments that may be hot, cold, noisy, or dusty. Has good manual dexterity using hands and arms.
