Are you a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician with a passion for ensuring operational excellence? As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the efficiency of our industrial machinery. Key Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions):

Work closely with supervisors to ensure timely completion of required maintenance tasks while adhering to the Operational Excellence Plan for the Maintenance Department.

Demonstrate operational knowledge of industrial machinery, including but not limited to hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, pumps, drives, relays, 3 phase power, communication devices, industrial/electronic controls, and power transmission systems.

Possess strong PLC, CNC, and PC troubleshooting skills with practical, mechanical, and electrical aptitude.

Test faulty equipment using test equipment or software, applying knowledge of the functional operation of electronic units and systems to diagnose malfunctions.

Perform scheduled preventive maintenance tasks on production equipment, such as checking, cleaning, or repairing equipment to detect and prevent problems.

Maintain detailed equipment logs and electronic Down Time logs for Maintenance, recording performance problems, repairs, calibrations, or tests for each piece of equipment.

Lead the installation and repair of all electrical equipment, demonstrating proficiency in running conduit following the National Electrical Code, wiring starters, motors, controls, and breaker panels.

Operate equipment to demonstrate proper use or to analyze malfunctions.

Collaborate with supervisors to set personal goals and objectives, continuously seeking ways to improve quality and productivity.

Follow and observe all safety procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Willingness to travel as required for new technology training or to enhance overall knowledge of maintenance functions.

Work flexible hours as needed to accomplish tasks required.

Trained in Arc Flash is a plus.

Experience & Education:

Medium to advanced knowledge of electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and welding.

Ability to follow and troubleshoot electrical schematics and familiarity with general blueprint reading.

Familiarity with operating and troubleshooting PC, CNC, and PLC-operated equipment.

3-5 years of general maintenance background required.
