Job Description

Responsibilities

• Uphold personal and product safety, food‑safety standards, and resolve safety or operational concerns

• Troubleshoot, repair, and support bakery equipment including VFDs, servo drives, robots, and safety systems

• Perform electrical installations, wiring, conduit work, and functional testing to ensure reliability

• Provide electrical training, assist the Maintenance Supervisor, and collaborate across departments to meet production goals

• Support shutdown/startup readiness, troubleshoot issues, sustain productivity, follow GMP/LOTO/OSHA rules, and work independently or as part of a team

Qualifications

• Minimum age required by applicable safety regulations, along with a high school diploma or GED and certification in industrial electronics or a related field.

• 3-5 years of related electrical and mechanical background

• Able to read, write, and explain safety rules, procedures, manuals, and company policies in English

• Background in continuous improvement/TPM, technician leadership, and use of IR cameras or vibration sensors is a plus

Salary: $27/hr. - $35/hr.
