Lead electrical troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) efforts to evaluate conditions, resolve issues, and prevent recurring failures
Provide technical justification and support to project managers for equipment upgrades and improvements
Support a lean manufacturing environment by applying PDCA principles to engineering changes and clearly communicating status to stakeholders
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to support 24/7 manufacturing operations
Ensure electrical safety compliance by addressing risk assessments, performance levels, and proper PPE selection, and develop detailed drawings using AutoCAD and/or Inventor
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer in a manufacturing or production environment
Proficient in AutoCAD and programmable logic controllers (PLCs)
Solid understanding of industrial automation systems and integrated machinery processes
Experience working with medium voltage systems up to 4,160V
