Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Electrical Maintenance Mechanic to join our team in Marinette, WI. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility's electrical systems. Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance team members to optimize equipment performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
  • Assist in the installation of new electrical systems and equipment.
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in electrical maintenance practices.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in electrical maintenance preferred.
  • Proven experience as an electrical maintenance mechanic or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations in electrical maintenance.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
