**Electrical Maintenance Mechanic, Huron OH **

**Starting pay: $25.30 - $35.72 per hour based on experience, plus a $1.00 shift differential. **

**Shift: 2nd or 3rd based on availability **

Evening (2nd) 3:00pm – 11:00pmMonday - Friday

**Night (3rd) 11:00pm - 7:00am Sunday - Thursday **

As an Electrical Maintenance Mechanic you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that a quality product is available to our customers when they need them. Your work will directly affect people's lives!

Primary Responsibilities

• Repair and perform preventative maintenance on belts, piping, filters, mixers, valves, bearings, mechanical seals, and pumps.

• Troubleshoot and proof test equipment as necessary to solve problems and proactively prevent them.

• Install, test, and maintain control devices, pressure-sensing units, and flow measuring devices.

• Work from detailed technical documents, blueprints, and schematics.

• Work independently under limited supervision (self-management).

• Perform documentation of work schedule and work tasks completed.

• Basic welding and fabrication.

• Perform general housekeeping.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, interpret and understand technical documents and drawings of plant equipment.

• Ability to perform confined space entry and work at heights.

• The position requires frequent lifting, climbing, standing, walking, crouching, squatting, bending, and kneeling.

• The position may require weekend work.
