Industrial Maintenance Electrician

Location: Bellefontaine, OH

Shift: 3rd Shift (12:00 AM - 8:00 AM)

**Pay: **$32.14 per hour

Overtime: Available based on business needs## Job Summary

Express Employment is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Electrician for a manufacturing facility in Bellefontaine, OH. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, installing, and maintaining industrial electrical systems and production equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable plant operations.## Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems, machinery, and production equipment.
• Install and commission new electrical equipment and verify proper operation.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Utilize a CMMS (computerized maintenance management system) to document work orders and completed repairs.
• Follow all safety policies, including lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures when performing electrical work.
• Support ISO quality standards and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass maintenance proficiency testing.
• Demonstrated experience working with 480V electrical systems and control voltages.
• Ability to use hand tools and electrical testing equipment safely and effectively.
• Successful completion of required maintenance training within established timelines.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in an industrial environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Trade school certification in Electrical Maintenance or a related field.
• 2-3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 2-3 years of industrial electrical experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with contactors, relays, sensors, motor controls, and stop/start circuits.
• Familiarity with preventative maintenance programs and CMMS software.

Physical Requirements

• Regular use of hand tools and maintenance equipment.
• Ability to climb on and around industrial machinery and equipment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods during the shift.
• Ability to work in a non-temperature-controlled manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and work flexible hours as needed.
