Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Electrical Foreman to lead an electrical team on various commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems, lighting and lighting control systems, power distribution, construction management, and team supervision. This role is essential for ensuring that all electrical work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
This is local work on a 4x10 schedule MON-THURS, with a family-first work environment and great benefits.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Experience running 2–10 man crews
- Ability to plan ahead, schedule milestones, and coordinate with the GC and other trades
- Comfortable moving between a “working foreman” role and a “lead and direct” role, depending on project size
- Supervise and manage the electrical team on-site
- Oversee the installation of electrical systems per schematics and project specifications
- Hands-on leader who leads by example — positive attitude, pride in craftsmanship, and a passion for mentoring helpers and junior electricians while still willing to jump in and work alongside the team
- Work with project managers to develop and maintain schedules for electrical work
- Comfortable using software tools for project management and documentation, including basic smartphone and iPad/tablet skills
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure all work meets industry standards and client expectations
- Provide training and mentorship to junior electricians, fostering a culture of safety and excellence
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and issues encountered throughout the project lifecycle
Experience Required
We are currently looking specifically for experienced foremen with a track record of running crews and completing jobs. Seasoned electricians ready to step up into a foreman role are also considered —
Ideal candidates will have around 10 years of industry experience, including at least 3 years in a foreman role.
Education Requirements
High School Diploma / GED
Certifications / Licenses
None required.
