Responsibilities

• Perform on-site inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs of electrical systems and equipment.
• Install, test, and maintain electrical components and systems according to specifications.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their concerns.
• Document all service activities and maintain accurate records of repairs and installations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in electrical technology.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing all tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in electrical technology is a plus.
• Proven experience as an Electrical Field Service Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client locations.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
