Overview:
The Supervisor, Electrical Engineering is a management position that will focus on the development and management of an internal team within the Electrical Engineering group. They will create an inspiring collaborative team environment with an open communication culture, set clear team and project goals, delegate tasks, and coach/mentor Associates to successfully deliver engineering projects. This position will provide leadership and development to our FORTNA Associates of varying levels of experience and focus on the management of the group’s resource planning and project execution across projects and company initiatives. This role will directly support our electrical project resources and require an understanding of the technical solutions and implementations for a variety of customers. This includes developing the approach and methodologies for the delivery of projects from the initial concept to implementation and support. Also, the role will guide the design and documentation of electrical deliverables, adherence to schedules, and provide inputs to the continuous improvement of the Electrical Engineering department.

The base salary range for this role is $85,000 to $127,500. This base salary range represents the low and high end of the base salary range for this position. Actual base salary offered will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance.
