Job Description
Join us as an Electrical Engineering Manager and guide a high‑performing team of electrical engineers and FPGA designers developing cutting‑edge, high‑volume products. This role blends leadership with hands‑on engineering—everything from prototyping and modeling to schematic design, PCB layout, and testing.
Lead and grow a top‑tier engineering team through mentorship, hiring, and technical oversight
Drive development of advanced circuit boards and FPGA designs
Shape engineering processes that keep our products industry‑leading
Champion new technologies and tools to fuel innovation
Support production teams with troubleshooting and component lifecycle management
Manage multiple projects while ensuring strong execution and collaboration
8+ years in electrical or firmware engineering with full‑cycle product development experience
Proven leadership of innovative engineering teams
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
Experience delivering products into high‑rate production, ideally with offshore manufacturing
Expertise across electrical development phases and comfort jumping in hands‑on when needed
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
Must be US Citizen or PERM Resident
Infrared systems, sensor integration, automotive electronics, miniaturization, or harsh‑environment design experience
