We are looking for an Engineer in Development, with an opportunity to have a significant impact on the Professional Tools business. The Engineering Development Program (EDP) is a three-year development program designed to provide a range of development opportunities, focused on engineering, to help recent university graduates build critical skills as they gain a well-rounded experience within our organization. These structured experiences will expose participants to several elements of our development process and provide real opportunities to collaborate with other employees and management, receive mentoring, gain multi-functional experience, and receive formal training. Rotational assignments include Hardware Design, Embedded Systems Development, Software Engineering, and Data Science.
This role, based in Elyria, OH, or Rockford, IL, will collaborate with very hardworking individuals dedicated to revolutionizing the industry! You’ll apply the latest technologies, equipment, and research facilities to bring your ideas to life. Your responsibilities will consist of product development, sustainability, and research. You will have the opportunity to develop new products for our customers, designed to meet their specific needs. These products include plumbing and electrical tools, accessories, and new market applications.
