Avionics Test Engineering has an opportunity for an Electrical Engineer I to design innovative hardware and software test solutions for an array of Collins Aerospace Display products.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Develop test software and hardware for automated tests for Display products.
Program C# and utilize NI Test Stand on multi-rack test stations.
Become familiar with switch systems, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, DMM's, power supplies and other digital related equipment.
Develop and support of Environmental Stress Screening (thermal and vibration) test equipment and software suites.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:
How we serve both internal and external customers, including our manufacturing and service centers, both domestic and international.

QUALIFICATIONS YOU MUST HAVE:
Typically requires a University Degree and less than 2 years prior relevant experience or in absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience

Problem-solving skills with ability to proactively identify alternate solutions to overcome difficult technical challenges.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals.
