Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team in Louisville, KY. This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates or those with limited experience to kick-start their career in electrical engineering.

NEC Code- Required

AutoCad- Required

Reading Technical Drawings- Required

This is a first shift opportunity and allows you to get your foot in the door with a well established company. After 6 months a significant raise is given. More details will be given throughout the interview process. You will work alongside experienced professionals, gaining hands-on experience and contributing to innovative projects that make a difference.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design and development of electrical systems and components.
  • Conduct testing and analysis of electrical systems to ensure functionality and compliance with standards.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers on project specifications and requirements.
  • Support troubleshooting and problem-solving efforts for electrical issues.
  • Prepare technical documentation, including reports and design specifications.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements.
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in electrical engineering.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of electrical principles and circuit design.
  • Familiarity with engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB, PSpice).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
