Job Description

We have a direct hire opportunity for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join the team.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong technical expertise and experience working on regulated projects, particularly within DSA and HCAI environments.

• Salary $90-95K/Year
• Location: Ontario, CA
• In person, 4/10 schedule. Mon-Thur

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical systems for commercial and institutional projects
• Prepare construction documents, specifications, and calculations
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects and mechanical engineers
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements
• Review and approve electrical designs and drawings
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff
• Support project management efforts including timelines, budgets, and client communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (required)
• Professional Engineer (PE) license (preferred)
• Proven experience with Division of the State Architect (DSA) projects
• Experience with Health Care Access and Information (HCAI) projects
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and standards (NEC, Title 24, etc.)
• Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit)
