Job Title: Electrical Engineer

Location: Onsite | Cincinnati, OH | Downtown / Mt. Adams area

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Compensation: $70,000-$75,000

Requirements

• Entry level to 5 years of electrical engineering experience, with relevant co-op experience strongly preferred for entry-level candidates
• Electrical design experience supporting industrial or commercial facilities
• Experience preparing engineering drawings and technical specifications
• Strong organization and ability to manage priorities independently
• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering

Plusses

• A/E consulting experience
• Revit experience
• Engineer Intern certification
• Relevant electrical engineering co-op experience

**Role Overview: **Support multidisciplinary project teams in the design of electrical systems for industrial and commercial facilities. The role includes lighting, power distribution, engineering documentation, equipment selection, and coordination with other engineering disciplines.

Core Responsibilities

• Design lighting and lighting control systems
• Design low- and medium-voltage power distribution systems
• Prepare engineering drawings and technical specifications
• Select and specify electrical materials and equipment
• Determine appropriate electrical design methods
• Support control system development for mechanical and refrigeration systems
• Coordinate electrical designs with architects, engineers, and project managers

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering
• Entry level to 5 years of relevant experience
• Electrical design and/or A/E consulting experience preferred
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to take initiative and work independently

Ideal Candidate Background

• Early-career Electrical Engineer with experience in building or facility electrical design
• Candidates with relevant co-op experience may be considered at the entry level
• Experience working in an A/E consulting environment is beneficial
• Comfortable collaborating across multiple engineering disciplines

• Develop electrical designs for industrial and commercial projects
