Wire EDM Operator

Location: Hazelwood, MO

We are seeking an experienced Wire EDM Operator

to join our precision manufacturing team. This is a full-time, day-shift opportunity working in a tool-and-die environment with competitive pay, benefits, and long-term growth potential.

What You’ll Do

1. Set up and operate wire EDM machines to produce precision components and tooling.

2. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

3. Monitor machining operations and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards.

4. Inspect finished parts for accuracy and conformance to specifications.

5. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.

6. Work closely with tooling, machining, and quality teams to meet production goals.

Qualifications

1. 3–5 years of experience operating wire EDM equipment.

2. Experience in a tool-and-die environment is highly preferred.

3. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

4. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

5. Reliable attendance and commitment to quality workmanship.
