We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Design Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing control panels for machinery and creating loop drawings. Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical is essential, and experience in camera and security system design is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop electrical control panels for industrial machinery, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

  • Create and modify loop drawings for control systems to support installation and troubleshooting.

  • Utilize AutoCAD Electrical to develop schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts.

  • Select appropriate components such as relays, PLCs, sensors, and other control devices for system design.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical and software engineers, to integrate electrical systems into overall designs.

  • Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to ensure functionality and reliability.

  • Design camera and security systems for industrial and commercial applications (preferred but not required).

  • Provide technical support for production, installation, and maintenance teams.

  • Maintain documentation and ensure all designs meet safety and quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in electrical design, with a focus on control panel design for machinery.

  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical for schematics and panel layout designs.

  • Experience with loop drawings and control system wiring.

  • Familiarity with electrical codes, standards, and regulations.

  • Knowledge of camera and security system design is a plus.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in industrial automation and PLC programming.

  • Understanding of power distribution and motor control circuits.

  • Prior work experience in manufacturing or a related industry.
