Summary: TWB Monroe is seeking an Electrical Controls Engineer Intern for our 2025 Summer Internship Term! Internships are expected to take place between May 12th and August 15th, 2025.

Selected interns are assigned based on their field of study and interests within our company. These interns gain hands-on experience by completing challenging projects that apply their field of study to real world applications in manufacturing. Project(s): Projects are planned based on anticipated departmental needs but may be altered based on business needs or selected intern’s skills or interests.
The Controls Engineering Intern will need to be able to take direction and utilize resources and examples of previous department work to continue sourcing, reporting, and generating important data reports in preparation for corporate expansion.
Skills developed: data acquisition, advanced PLC skills, detailed observation, communication, problem solving, strategic planning, presenting, documenting, executing, evaluating
Work Environment: Intern should be prepared to spend time working on the plant floor in addition to the office environment. Appropriate safety training and PPE will be provided.
