Schedule:

  • 2nd shift; 1PM-9PM Mon-Fri

  • Training is on 1st shift and transitions to your appointed shift upon completion.

  • Occasional overtime and weekend shifts may be required to support critical deadlines, offering a great opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects and earn additional income.

What you’ll accomplish:

  • Diagnose and repair PLCs, HMIs, servo motors, VFDs, and robotic systems
  • Interpret complex electrical schematics and safety circuits.
  • Resolve issues with SCADA/MES systems and network communications.
  • Perform scheduled PMs on electrical and automation equipment.
  • Calibrate instruments and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Use SAP Asset Maintenance Management for work order tracking.
  • Analyze equipment data to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.
  • Support process improvement and capital project teams.
  • Document and implement automation upgrades.
  • Work with medium voltage systems, motor control centers, and distribution panels.
  • Troubleshoot 480V three-phase, 120V AC, and 24V DC systems.
  • Share your expertise by training technicians and operators.

What You Bring

  • High School Diploma or GED (required)
  • Associate degree in Electronics Technology or equivalent (preferred)
  • 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance

  • Proficient in electrical troubleshooting and safe multimeter use.
  • Familiarity with industrial networks (Ethernet, ControlNet, etc.).

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
